2. Delivery.

Standard delivery costs £4.95 within the UK and will be delivered by Royal Mail.

All in-stock items will normally be despatched the next day and should be received within 4-6 working days, (please note that if you pay by cheque, your order will be despatched after your cheque has cleared.) Although we make every effort to maintain stock of all items, shortages can occur, if any item is out of stock, we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery dates.

If delivery is urgent please contact us for best time quotes.

Overseas Orders

We can deliver to most overseas destinations within 5 – 7 working days. For orders outside the U.K, we charge £9.50.

4. Payment.

All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT.

We accept direct payments via BACS online only, using PIN sentry. Please call or email us to receive the necessary account details.


If ordering by mail, please post your order to the address above.

Cheques; please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount, expiry date and 3-digit security number on the back of the cheque. Please note that your order will be despatched as soon as your cheque has cleared. Please do not send cash.

Postal Orders: please make payable to Salar Pursuits Ltd, and send to the address above.


We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Postage and Packaging notified on order.

Overseas orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes.


5. Guarantee.

These products, except consumables or articles with limited resistance (e.g. battery, band, case), are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects of quality at the time of delivery for a period of two years from the date of purchase ('warranty period'). During the warranty period, and upon proof and date of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced with the same, or similar, replacement model within a reasonable period of time.


6. Returns or exchanges.

If you return an item within 30 days in perfect condition complete with original packaging and return form we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. Please return items by recorded delivery. Return postage cannot be refunded. Goods that you would like to exchange will be sent back to you free of postage charge. Your statutory rights are not affected. You will be credited your money or receive an exchange 2 weeks after you post the goods back to us.
Always retain proof of purchase.

Delivery notes and return forms should be included with any product returned for exchange or refund.

7. Liability.

To the extent that any product supplied by Salar Pursuits is defective Salar Pursuits will reimburse the purchaser the full value of the product plus the original cost of postage to the purchaser. However, no liability is accepted by Salar Pursuits in respect of any property damage, death or personal injury caused by the product supplied except to the extent required by law. Nothing in this clause shall affect the purchaser's statutory rights.
